News Story: Candlelight vigil honoring victims of child abuse and neglect.

La PORTE —A candlelight vigil honoring victims of child abuse and neglect will be conducted Thursday at City Hall in La Porte.

The vigil is part of a month-long, state-wide effort to educate and raise public awareness about child abuse. The month of April is also National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
